El acceso al mercado laboral de los jóvenes universitarios de España: una propuesta de intervención educativa.

Resumen
El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado consiste en la elaboración de un Proyecto de Intervención Socioeducativa para la integración de competencias relacionadas al mercado laboral. Esta propuesta se destina a alumnos/as de último año de la Universidad de Jaén la cual tiene como finalidad la formación y preparación de la población joven-adulta universitaria para un mejor acceso al empleo. Debido a la situación actual en la que los estudiantes se enfrentan al rechazo laboral por su poca experiencia profesional así como la insuficiente cantidad de conocimientos integrados acerca del mercado, es para ellos difícil obtener un puesto de trabajo. Por ello, a través de proyectos como el que se presenta, se interviene para solucionar la necesidad real de formación laboral a partir de una serie de actividades que al ser desarrolladas, favorecerán la empleabilidad del sector universitario.
This End of Degree Project consists of the elaboration of a socio-educational intervention project for the integration of competences related to the labour market. This proposal is aimed at final year students of the University of Jaen and aims to train and prepare the young adult population of the university for better access to employment. Due to the current situation in which students face rejection of work due to their professional experience as well as the insufficient amount of integrated knowledge about the market, it is difficult for them to obtain a job. Therefore, through projects such as the one presented here, we intervene to solve the real need for labour training through a series of activities that, when developed, will favour the employability of the university sector.
