[EN]This final degree work consists in the study of the damage concentration of a reinforced concrete building structure subjected to both gravity and seismic loads when, previously, the referred structure has suffered a fire in certain stories. The Energy Balance Theory of Housner-Akiyama is used to obtain the damage concentration. Only the columns have been taken into account for the degradation of the properties in concrete and steel reinforcement under the fire. In conclusion, the fire leads to a larger levels of damage concentration when the structure is subjected to seismic action, especially at the higher stories.
