Influencia de las TIC’s en las empresas y su uso en Recursos Humanos

Abstract

El uso de las TIC’s está cobrando cada vez más importancia en el mundo empresarial. Las empresas deben adaptarse a los nuevos entornos y tienen la obligación de aprovechar todas las oportunidades que ofrecen las nuevas tecnologías si quieren tener éxito empresarial. Además de las nuevas tecnologías, el ámbito de recursos humanos también está incrementando su importancia. Las organizaciones deben saber gestionar y valorar correctamente el talento humano, para que este contribuya a la consecución de los objetivos empresariales y al crecimiento general de la empresa. Debido a la gran importancia que estos dos factores han tenido y tienen en las empresas, en este trabajo analizaremos la influencia que las TIC’s han tenido en las empresas y el impacto que han ocasionado en el área de recursos humanos. Además, para poner en práctica todo el análisis teórico analizaremos el caso práctico de Telepizza.

Businesses need to adapt to new environments and have an obligation to take advantage of all the opportunities offered by new technologies if they want to succeed in business. In addition to new technologies, the human resources field is also increasing its importance. Organizations must be able to manage and value human talent correctly, so that it contributes to the achievement of business objectives and the overall growth of the company. Because of the great importance that these two factors have had and have on companies, in this work we will analyze the influence that ICT's have had on companies and the impact they have had on the human resources area. In addition, to implement all the theoretical analysis we will analyze the case study of Telepizza.
