[es] En este trabajo, se desarrolla una planta industrial de baldosas de cemento a partir de materiales alternativos a los convencionales, en este caso se estudia la activación alcalina de materiales. Para ello, se hace un análisis de los materiales y maquinaria a emplear para la producción del aglomerante, se estudia qué residuos emite y el beneficio económico que se consigue en todo este proceso. Por último, se comparan las ventajas e inconvenientes que tiene este novedoso proceso productivo frente al cemento Portland, para así determinar la rentabilidad del proyecto.
[en] In this work, an industrial plant for cement tiles is developed using alternative materials to conventional ones. In this case, the alkaline activation of materials is studied. For this purpose, an analysis of the materials and machinery to be used for the production of the binder is conducted, the waste emissions are studied, and the economic benefits obtained throughout this process are assessed. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of this innovative production process are compared with Portland cement, in order to determine the project's profitability.
