Resumen
[ES] Este proyecto se basa en la creación de una cooperativa de cacao en la localidad de La Concordia, provincia de Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas – Ecuador.
La cooperativa al inicio estará integrada por 35 socios fundadores. Para determinar la viabilidad del proyecto se ha realizado un análisis del entorno, se han estimado ventas, costes, así como la inversión necesaria para poner en marcha la empresa. Además, se ha realizado un análisis financiero para comprobar que el negocio es rentable. Las proyecciones financieras determinaron que el proyecto es viable.
[EN] This project is about of the creation of a cocoa cooperative in La Concordia, Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, Ecuador. The cooperative at the beginning will be made up of 35 founding partners. To determine the viability of the project, an analysis of the environment has been carried out sales, costs have been estimated, as well as the investment necessary to start the company. In addition, a financial analysis to verify that the business is profitable. At the end, financial projections determined that the project is viable.
