Plan de mantenimiento de una instalación industrial dedicada al concesionario de automóviles

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado describe el proceso de implantación de un plan de mantenimiento industrial en una empresa dedicada al sector de la automoción. Trata tanto el concepto teórico del mantenimiento, historia, sus tipos como la parte práctica de implantación del plan de mantenimiento. Esta parte práctica consta de todo el proceso a realizar desde la identificación de equipos e instalaciones generales, codificación y análisis de criticidad. Esto nos llevará a la selección del modelo de mantenimiento, fichas técnicas de equipo, informatización del plan de mantenimiento a realizar junto a las tareas de carácter preventivo necesarias. Finalmente, se presupuesta la implantación del plan de mantenimiento y su coste mensual.This Final Degree Project describes the process of implementation of an industrial maintenance plan in a company dedicated to the automotive sector. It deals with the theoretical concept of maintenance, its history, its types and the practical part of the implementation of the maintenance plan. This practical part consists of the whole process to be carried out from the identification of equipment and general facilities, coding and criticality analysis. This will lead to the selection of the maintenance model, equipment data sheets, computerization of the maintenance plan to be carried out together with the necessary preventive tasks. Finally, the implementation of the maintenance plan and its monthly cost is budgeted.
