Resumen
El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster persigue contribuir a la enseñanza de los contenidos relacionados con la alimentación y la nutrición abordados de forma global. La proyección de la unidad didáctica se elabora a partir de una revisión en materia de enfermedades relacionadas con la alimentación, hábitos de vida saludable y problemas consecuentes de la falta de higiene. El contenido de esta propuesta didáctica está enfocado al alumnado de segundo ciclo de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria. Se presta importancia a las características de este, permitiendo la aplicación de una metodología que promueve su optimo desarrollo intelectual y social mediante la aplicación de juegos, actividades y debates. Entre los objetivos y competencias clave de esta unidad didáctica, se encuentra el objetivo de valorar una dieta equilibrada para una vida saludable, con la finalidad de instaurar estos conocimientos en su vida diaria y adquirir hábitos que le permitan mejorar su calidad de vida.
This Master's Thesis aims to contribute to the teaching of contents related to food and nutrition approached in a global manner. The projection of the didactic unit is based on a review of food-related diseases, healthy habits and problems resulting from a lack of hygiene. The content of this proposal is focused on students in the second cycle of Compulsory Secondary Education. Importance is given to their characteristics, allowing the application of a methodology that promotes their optimal intellectual and social development through the application of games, activities, and debates. Among the objectives and key competences of this unit, there can be found “assessing a balanced diet for a healthy lifestyle”. Its purpose is implementing this knowledge in their lives in order to improve their habits and quality of life.
