PLANIFICACIÓN FINANCIERA DE UN PROYECTO EMPRESARIAL

Abstract

[ES] Nuestro proyecto nace con la apertura de Tuttopizza S.L., un restaurante-pizzería situado en la ciudad de Linares, con el principal objetivo de dar a los clientes una pizza de calidad. Una oferta muy alejada ideológicamente de la que normalmente encontramos en los establecimientos similares. En primer lugar, se realizará un estudio del entorno y del mercado, para analizar las oportunidades y amenazas que estos nos presentan. Tras esto, habrá que diseñar nuestra oferta y calcular la inversión inicial necesaria. También será importante la realización de un plan de marketing. Finalmente, se realizara el estudio económico-financiero del negocio para comprobar su viabilidad.

[EN] Our project was born with the opening of Tuttopizza S.L., a pizza- restaurant located in the city of Linares with the main objective to give customers a quality pizza. An proposar that is very far ideologically from what we can usually find in similar establishments. In the first place, a study of the environment and the market was carried out, to know the threats and the opportunities. After this, we will have to design our offer and calculate the initial investment. It is also important to carry out a marketing plan. Finally, a study on the economic-financial viability of our project will be carried out.
