CLIL and multiple intelligences. A didactic proposal for early childhood education

Resumen
A medida que la sociedad avanza, la educación debe abogar por nuevas perspectivas y metodologías que brinden oportunidades para promover situaciones de enseñanza-aprendizaje que preparen a los estudiantes. Este Trabajo de Fin de Máster parte de una propuesta didáctica globalizada destinada a la etapa de Educación Infantil, basada en la combinación del enfoque de Aprendizaje Integrado de Contenidos y Lenguas Extranjeras y las Inteligencias Múltiples, proponiendo que los principios fundamentales de ambas metodologías, cuando se combinan, pueden promover una educación más significativa. Este documento comienza con una revisión teórica de los fundamentos de AICLE e IM, profundizando en las principales características de ambos enfoques, así como las bases que lo sustentaron y algunos aspectos relevantes como orientaciones metodológicas, promoviendo un proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de mayor calidad. La propuesta didáctica ha sido diseñada para un grupo de cinco años, ofreciendo la oportunidad de contemplar las ventajas de trabajar desde este enfoque.
As society advances, education needs to advocate for new perspectives and methodologies that provide opportunities to enhance teaching-learning situations that prepare students. This Master’s Dissertation is based on a didactic proposal destined for the Early Childhood Education stage, based on the combination of the Content and Language Integrated Learning approach and the Multiple Intelligences, proposing that the main tenets of both methodologies, when used in combination, the main assets of both methodologies in order to promote a significant education by working together. This paper starts with a theoretical review of the underpinnings of CLIL and MI, delving into the main characteristics of both approaches, and some relevant aspects such as, methodological orientations, promoting a higher quality teaching-learning process. The didactic proposal has been designed for a five years-old group, providing the opportunity of contemplating the numerous advantages of working with this approach.
