Sit and Reach y velocidad 4 x 10 metros.

[EN]The aim of the present study was to analyze the association between multiple intelligences (MI), physical condition (CF) and the level of physical activity (PA). The sample consisted of 151 adolescents (77 girls). The CF was measured using the tests: Course Navette, horizontal jump, manual dynamometry, Sit and reach and speed 4 x 10 meters. To analyze the eight IMs, the Inventory of Self-efficacy for IM (IAMIM40) was used. Results show that the boys perceive a greater Kinesthetic-corporal intelligence than the girls (7.45 ± 1.84 vs 6.41 ± 2.43 p=<.01). On the other hand, girls perceive greater interpersonal intelligence than boys (6.97 ± 2.00 vs 6.17 ± 1.96 p=<.05). Naturalist intelligence differences were found regarding the results of the Course Navette test in boys (p=<. 05). Girls differences were found in the kinesthetic-corporal intelligence attending the horizontal jump test (p=<.01). Spatial-visual intelligence (p=<.01) and Naturalist (p=<.05) are positively associated with physical activity in boys. While the kinesthetic-corporal intelligence (p=<.01) is positively associated with AF in girls. KEY WORDS: physical activity, multiple intelligences, physical condition, adolescents
