EL INGRESO MÍNIMO VITAL: LA PROTECCIÓN FRENTE A LA POBREZA Y EXCLUSIÓN SOCIAL

Abstract

El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado se centra en el estudio del Ingreso Mínimo Vital aprobado recientemente mediante la Ley 19/2021, de 20 de diciembre, por la que se establece el ingreso mínimo vital. Esta prestación está dirigida a prevenir el riesgo de pobreza y exclusión social de las personas que vivan solas o integradas en una unidad de convivencia, cuando se encuentren en una situación de vulnerabilidad por carecer de recursos económicos suficientes para la cobertura de sus necesidades básicas. Está estructurado en 4 capítulos: el primero va destinado a conocer la pobreza y exclusión social en España y el Sistema de la Seguridad Social y sus prestaciones. El segundo y el tercero en el análisis de la Ley 19/2021 y todo lo relevante a la solicitud y tramitación y, por último, el cuarto sobre la labor de los Servicios Sociales y Entidades de acción social dentro del IMV

This Final Degree Project focuses on the study of the Minimum Vital Income recently approved by Law 19/2021, of December 20, which establishes the minimum vital income. This benefit is aimed at preventing the risk of poverty and social exclusion of people who live alone or integrated into a cohabitation unit, when they are in a situation of vulnerability due to lack ofsufficient economic resourcesto cover their basic needs. It is structured in 4 chapters: the first is intended to learn about poverty and social exclusion in Spain and the Social Security System and its benefits. The second and third in the analysis of Law 19/2021 and everything relevant to the application and processing and, finally, the fourth on the work of Social Services and Social Action Entities within the IMV
