La responsabilidad disciplinaria de Jueces y Magistrados.

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo trataremos un tema perteneciente a uno de los tres poderes del Estado social y democrático de Derecho español y que concierne a la figura del Juez, especialmente aquello que deriva de su actividad jurisdiccional, que es la responsabilidad y más concretamente nuestro estudio se centra en la responsabilidad disciplinaria. Abordaremos todo lo referente a la responsabilidad en general, antecedentes, tipos que existen y regulación, procediendo a analizar la sustanciación del procedimiento de responsabilidad disciplinaria de forma específica.

[EN] In the present work we will try a theme belonging to one of the three powers of the social and democratic State of Spain law and that affects to the figure of the judge, especially to what derives of its jurisdictional activity, which is the responsibility. We will discuss everything concerning to the responsibility in general, antecedents, types that exist and regulation. Proceeding to analyze the processing of the procedure of disciplinary responsability specifically.
