“Actualmente, en la escuela, una de las problemáticas que se deben desafiar, es la alimentación poco saludable del alumnado de Educación Infantil. Por lo que, la siguiente propuesta didáctica, tiene como principal objetivo mejorar los hábitos alimenticios de alumnos de esta etapa. Tomando como referencia actividades orientadas a iniciar conductas saludables en cuanto al cuidado de la propia alimentación, fomentaremos, a la vez, la valoración y el cuidado del medio ambiente a través del recurso del huerto escolar. Para ello, después de un análisis de la situación alimentaria actual y de qué características debe contener una dieta saludable, propongo un proyecto educativo dirigido a alumnos y familias.”
“At present, one of the problems that must be challenged at school is the unhealthy diet of the Infant Education students. Therefore, the following didactic proposal has as its main objective to improve the eating habits of students at this stage. Taking as a reference point activities aimed at initiating healthy behaviours regarding the care of one's own food, we will encourage, at the same time, the valuation and care of the environment through the resource of the school garden. To do this, after an analysis of the current food situation and what characteristics a healthy diet should contain, I propose an educational project aimed at students and families.”
