Resumen
[ES]En el ámbito escolar, el alumnado tiene que empezar a tomar decisiones respecto a su
futuro académico a edades tempranas, en las cuales, la mayoría ni siquiera ha
descubierto cuál es su vocación, pues no es un concepto que todos tengan claro.
Enfrentarse a esta toma de decisiones, la cual va a marcar el futuro profesional y
personal, hace necesario el entrenamiento de las habilidades que se requieren para
confrontar y superar la situación de manera satisfactoria. Por tanto, el siguiente
programa propone un entrenamiento de habilidades, el cual hará que el alumno esté
mejor preparado para comenzar el proceso de búsqueda vocacional, en el que tendrá
que ir realizando un análisis crítico de las opciones académicas disponibles para, de esta
manera, ir decantándose por uno de los caminos a seguir que irán definiendo su futuro
laboral.

[EN]In a school environment, students have to start making decisions related with their academic future at very early ages. The majority of students at that time have not discovered their vocation, it is not a concept that everyone has fully assimilated. Facing this decision, which will make a difference in their professional future make the requirement of training habilities needed in order to confront and overcome this fase satisfactorily. It makes the following program a necesity, that offers training in a set of skills that would make the student more ready to start looking for their vocation search by undertaking a critical analysis of the academic options that are available, this way, they can make the choice to continue one of the paths in which they will develop their future employment.
