[EN] In this project we will treat the bankruptcy administration as an organ of the bankruptcy and will insist on the bankruptcy receiver. Throughout the body of the work a general introduction is made about the figure of the Creditors' Contest, following with a generic tour of the bankruptcy administration and finally we will stop by making a more special mention to the bankruptcy responsibility of the bankruptcy administrators and delegated assistants. The objective is to clarify some gaps that arise around the figure of the bankruptcy administrator, since it dances between the public and private, leading to confusion or doubt to determine responsibilities. Also reference how the rule has changed over the years and why Such changes have been necessary.
