Conciliación de la vida laboral, familiar y personal: Estado de la cuestión en el marco jurídico español.

Abstract

[ES]Debido a la participación de las mujeres en el mercado laboral igualando en cifras a los hombres se ha producido la necesidad de compatibilizar el ámbito laboral y familiar. Este estudio pretende analizar la evolución de la normativa en España sobre la conciliación de la vida laboral, personal y familiar, así como las medidas adoptadas para que dicha conciliación se pueda llevar a cabo como son las excedencias, los permisos retribuidos, la suspensión del contrato de trabajo, reducciones de jornada, entre otros y el impacto que éstas producen en la sociedad. Para concluir se establecen unas reflexiones y propuestas que son el resultado del estudio.

[EN]Due to the increasing participation of women in the labour market, and being this participation on the same level as men participation, it is necessary to find a balance between work and family life. This research tries to analyse the evolution of the legislation in Spain about the reconciliation of family, personal and working life, as well as the adopted measures to this reconciliation can be carried out, as parental leave, paid permissons, suspension of contracts, reduction of the length of working, among others and the impact of these factors in the society.
