LA PROBABILIDAD EN LAS AULAS DE 4o DE EDUCACIÓN SECUNDARIA OBLIGATORIA

Abstract

[ES]El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster supone la culminación del Máster en Profesorado de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO) y Bachillerato, Formación Profesional y Enseñanza de Idiomas, en la especialidad de Matemáticas. El objetivo es llevar a cabo el diseño fundamentado de una unidad didáctica, titulada “Cálculo de Probabilidades”, dirigida al alumnado de 4º de ESO, de Matemáticas Orientadas a las Enseñanzas Académicas. Para ello, se realiza un estudio en profundidad del tema elegido, desde el punto de vista curricular, epistemológico y didáctico. Se han comparado dos libros de texto de diferentes editoriales, se ha desarrollado el tema 63 de oposiciones y se han analizado algunos artículos de investigación, que ponen de manifiesto las posibles dificultades que se pueden encontrar en el proceso de enseñanza del Cálculo de Probabilidades. Por último, se desarrolla la unidad didáctica, en la que se ha intentado utilizar diferentes metodologías para motivar al alumnado y conseguir la adquisición de las competencias clave.

[EN]This Master's Final Project is the culmination of the Master's Degree in Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) and High School, Vocational Training and Language Teaching, at the University of Jaén. The objective is to design a well-founded teaching unit, entitled “Probability Calculus”, aimed at students of 4º of ESO, of Mathematics Oriented to the Academic Teaching. For this purpose, a comprehensive study of the chosen topic is carried out from the curricular, epistemological and didactic point of view. Two textbooks from different publishers have been compared, the topic 63 of competitive examinations has been developed and some research articles have been analyzed, which show the possible difficulties that can be found in the process of teaching Probability Calculus. Finally, the teaching unit is developed, in which an attempt has been made to use different methodologies to motivate the students and to achieve the acquisition of the key competences.
