LOS PREJUICIOS DE GÉNERO COMO PRINCIPAL BARRERA DEL TALENTO FEMENINO UN ANÁLISIS DE LA PROBLEMÁTICA DEL ASCENSO DE LA MUJER EN EL MERCADO LABORAL

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo, es un análisis bibliográfico de algunos documentos destinados a estudiar la evolución de la mujer, a lo largo de los años, en el mercado laboral y de cómo se está paliando la discriminación laboral y de otros tipos que la lleva aquejando durante tanto tiempo. Lo que se pretende con este trabajo no es aportar información adicional a la que ya podemos obtener de numerosos manuales, revistas o tesis; sino dar un nuevo enfoque abordando de un lado la ardua incorporación de las mujeres al trabajo y de otro todos los problemas que han ido encontrando en el proceso. Durante este análisis se han hecho y reflejado en el mismo algunas reflexiones. El objetivo del trabajo, en definitiva es aportar una visión general de la realidad que aún viven las mujeres en el ámbito laboral.[EN] This work, is a bibliographic analysis of some documents designed to study the evolution of women over the years in the workplace and how it is alleviating the discrimination in employment and other types that has afflicted women for so long time. The aim of this work is not to provide additional information that we can already obtain from numerous manuals, journals or theses; but to give a new approach, tackling on one side the arduous incorporation of women to work and on the other all the problems that they have been finding in the process. During this analysis, some reflections have been made and reflected in it. The objective of the work, in short, is to provide a general view of the reality that women still live in the workplace.
