INCLUSIÓN SOCIAL DE LA PERSONA CON DIVERSIDAD FUNCIONAL: LA PROBLEMÁTICA ENTORNO A LA TITULARIDAD Y EJERCICIO DE LOS DERECHOS CONSTITUCIONALES

Abstract

[ES]El presente trabajo tiene como fin conocer la situación real de la persona con diversidad funcional desde una perspectiva normativo-jurídica, concretamente hacer visible la gran problemática entorno a la titularidad y al ejercicio de los derechos constitucionales. Para ello es fundamental destacar que la diversidad funcional existe desde los inicios de la vida humana, pero no ha sido tratada de igual forma en todas las etapas de la historia. Afortunadamente ha ido evolucionando y haciendo al mismo tiempo, que las personas con diversidad funcional, las cuales conforman un grupo vulnerable y muy numeroso en nuestra sociedad, sean tratadas como el resto, pudiendo disfrutar de sus derechos constitucionales y ejercer sus deberes.

[EN]This job has the aim of knowing the real situation of functional variety people around a normative and legal perspective, especially doing more visible the enormous problem of the appointment and exercises of constitutional fees. For that it is very important standing out the functional variety which exists since the start of the human life, but it has not dealt with the same way in all periods of the history. Fortunately, it has progressed and the functional variety of people is being dealt as other people who can enjoy of their constitutional fees and practicing their functions.
