Resumen
[ES] En este trabajo se ha desarrollado una propuesta de intervención a través de un programa basado en
mindfulness. El programa se enfoca a personas diagnosticadas con demencia de Alzheimer y a sus cuidadores/as principales. Concretamente, se desarrolla una propuesta individualizada con actividades también conjuntas. El proyecto está formado por 4 fases, preintervención, intervención, postintervención y seguimiento. La intervención está compuesta por 8 sesiones de hora y media. El objetivo es disminuir los sentimientos negativos, los síntomas de estrés y sobrecarga que sufren los cuidadores/as y enlentecer el deterioro cognitivo de las personas con la enfermedad de Alzheimer aumentando su consciencia del mundo que les rodea y reduciendo los problemas emocionales.
[EN] In this work, an intervention proposal has been developed through a mindfulness-based program. The program focuses on people diagnosed with Alzheimer's dementia and their primary caregivers. Specifically, an individualized proposal is developed with joint activities. The project consists of 4 phases, pre-intervention, intervention, post-intervention and follow-up. The intervention consists of 8 sessions of an hour and a half. The aim is to reduce negative feelings, symptoms of stress and overload experienced by caregivers and slow down the cognitive decline of people with Alzheimer's disease by increasing their awareness of the world around them and reducing emotional problems.
