Análisis del mercado de trabajo español

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo principal, será realizar un análisis sobre la situación que está atravesando el mercado laboral en España, a través de los distintos factores que influyen sobre este. Se analizará cómo ha evolucionado a lo largo de la crisis hasta el momento actual. A continuación, observaremos las características del mercado de trabajo y la gran importancia del mismo, así como, de su correcto funcionamiento. Igualmente, se contemplará la oscilación que ha presentado tanto el empleo y desempleo, como la tasa de actividad, a través de diversas variables, como el sexo, sector económico, grupo de edad, comunidad autónoma, etc., y podremos observar cómo ha afectado de manera distinta en función de la variable estudiada. Además, se estudiará brevemente, el mercado de trabajo andaluz y de una manera más reducida aun, el mercado laboral de Jaén. Por último, se hará referencia a cómo evolucionará, posiblemente, el mercado laboral español en un futuro.

[EN] The main objetive consists in analysing the situation of the Spanish job market, through the different factors which have influence over it. We will analyse how it has evolved from the begining of the economic crisis to the present moment. We observe the characteristics of the job market and its big influence, as well as its correct functioning. Moreover, we will study the changes that the Spanish job market has made, either in the employ and the economic activity, using several factors, such as gender, economic sector, age, region and so on, in doing so we will be able to know the way it has changed, depending on each element. In addition, we will briefly study the Andalusian job market, and even in a shorter way, the job market in Jaén. Finally, we will describe the possible evolution of the job market in the future.
