Resumen
[ES] El objetivo de este TFG es el análisis competitivo del sector de las
telecomunicaciones en España para así poder comprobar el grado
de atractivo del sector y la posibilidad de obtener mayores o
menores rentas por parte de las empresas que quieran entrar en
este, pero todo esto dependerá de las fuerzas competitivas que
existan, las cuales hemos procedido a analizar. Este trabajo va
acompañado también del estudio de las herramientas del
marketing mix que usan las empresas del sector para así obtener
un análisis más exhaustivo y obtener por tanto unas conclusiones
más completas.
[EN] The aim of this work is that we can know the level of competition in the telecommunications sector in Spain and check the attractiveness of entry into this sector. To achieve this goal, we first performed Porter's five forces analysis to study the different variables that can affect the telecommunications sector and thus be able to analyse the attractiveness of the sector. Secondly, we have also supported in the marketing mix with the four Ps (price, product, promotion, and place), this analysis has helped us to have a broader view of the telecommunications sector. With all the data we have concluded that in the telecommunications sector in Spain today there is greater competition due to the presence of the "mobile virtual network operators" among other variables.
