Resumen
[ES]La natación actualmente se conoce como una de las actividades más beneficiosas para el ser humano, pasando de ser usada como medio de supervivencia en nuestro más remoto pasado a utilizarse como terapia y como una modalidad de competición.
Este estudio trata de conocer los efectos del entrenamiento de intervalos de alta intensidad (SIT) respecto al entrenamiento tradicional de intensidad moderada (MOD) tomando un grupo de 9 sujetos como muestra para la realización de los mismos. En cada protocolo se tomaron datos sobre el tiempo en cada serie, la frecuencia cardiaca, los niveles de lactato en sangre y la percepción del esfuerzo en ambos protocolos de entrenamiento.
Se ha observado que el Protocolo SIT difiere en cuanto al protocolo MOD en los niveles encontrados de lactato, FC, RPE y el tiempo de recuperación de cada uno.
[EN]Swimming is known as one of the most beneficial activities for humans nowadays, from being used as a mean of survival in our distant past to being used as a therapy and a form of competition. This study aims to understand the effects of high intensity interval training (SIT) compared to traditional training of moderate intensity (MOD) taking a group of 9 subjects as sample for performing them. In each protocol data about time in each series, heart rate, lactate levels in blood and perception of effort in both training protocols t was gathered. It has been observed that the SIT Protocol differs in the MOD protocol lactate, FC, RPE and recovery time levels found in each of them.
