Caracterización del paisaje de dehesa en la provincia de Salamanca

Abstract

El trabajo que vamos a llevar a cabo trata sobre el paisaje agrario de dehesa en la provincia de Salamanca. En el estudio hablaremos sobre las características más importantes de la dehesa. Iniciaremos con las distintas definiciones que existen sobre la dehesa e intentaremos aunar las características principales en una definición. Asimismo, hablaremos del medio físico de la dehesa salamantina (geología, vegetación ...). Además, haremos especial hincapié en las actividades económicas de la dehesa salmantina: ganadería vacuna, lidia, cerdo ibérico... así como de nuevas actividades no tradicionales que pueden definir la pervivencia de este espacio agrario.The main topic of the survey that we are going to carry out is the agrarian landscape of dehesa in the province of Salamanca. In this study we are going to talk about the most important features of the dehesa. Starting with the different definitions which exist about the dehesa and we try to relate the principals in only a definition. Likewise, we will talk about the physical environment of salamantina dehesa (geology, vegetation...). Moreover, we will emphasize on the economic activities of salamantina dehesa: beef cattle, livestock farming, iberian pig... as well as the non-traditional new activities which could define the preservation of this agrarian space.
