LA TUTELA JUDICIAL FRENTE AL ACOSO LABORAL

Abstract

El fin de este trabajo se centra en conocer las posibles vías judiciales y respuestas que se llevan a cabo frente al acoso laboral, o también conocido mobbing. A lo largo del trabajo estudiaremos las actuaciones de los diferentes órganos judiciales, basados en su propia jurisprudencia, además identificaremos los problemas que se pueden plantear a la hora de recurrir a una jurisdicción u otra.The objective of this work focuses on knowing the possible legal remedies and responses are carried out against bullying, or also known Mobbing. Throughout the paper we study the performances of the different courts, based on its own jurisprudence , also we identify the problems that may arise when resorting to one jurisdiction or another.
