[EN] The present work consist of a bibliographic review that will allow a deeper knowledge about the reality that people with functional diversity live with respect to the sexuality. The sexual and reproductive health rights of people with functional diversity have traditionally been denied or ignored, considering them as unfit to participate in sexual activity or to exercise parental rights and responsibilities. This taboo is fueled by infantilization and the different myths that fall on it. We will also delve into the special vulnerability by women with disabilities and the role that families play in sexual and affective development.
