Resumen
[ES]La orientación se considera un derecho del alumnado y es un factor fundamental en la
educación, puesto que pretende el desarrollo integral de la persona. El modelo
educativo psicopedagógico adopta una perspectiva sociocultural, en la cual el
individuo se desarrolla en un entorno de continua interacción social. Por tanto, se
considera que la intervención no puede enfocarse únicamente en elementos
individuales sino en todo el contexto, adoptando un enfoque sistémico (Grañeras y
Parras, 2009). Mediante el Programa de Orientación e Intervención Psicopedagógica
que se plantea, se pretenden alcanzar los objetivos propuestos, con el fin de cubrir las
necesidades que presenta el alumnado del centro IES Isla de León de San Fernando,
Cádiz. Se abordan los tres ámbitos de actuación: la Acción Tutorial, la Atención a la
Diversidad y la Orientación Académica y Profesional. Además, también se involucra al
profesorado, a los tutores y tutoras y a los familiares, como agentes vitales para el
cambio.

[EN]Orientation is considered a human right and it is an important factor in education, because it aims at the integral development of the person. The psychopedagogical educational model adopts a sociocultural perspective, in which the person develops in an environment of continuous social interaction. Therefore, it is considered that the intervention cannot focus only on individual elements but on the whole context, adopting a systemic approach (Grañeras y Parras, 2009). The Program of Counseling and Psychopedagogical Intervention that is proposed is intended to achieve the objectives suggested, in order to meet the necessities presented by the students of the IES Isla de León in San Fernando, Cádiz. The three main areas of action are addressed: the Tutorial Action, the Attention to Diversity and the Academic and Professional Orientation. In addition, teachers, tutors and family members are also involved as vital agents for change.
