LA MUJER JUDÍA, MUSULMANA Y CRISTIANA BAJO EL AMPARO JURÍDICO DE LAS SIETE PARTIDAS, EL FUERO REAL Y FUERO JUZGO DURANTE LA EDAD MEDIA

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo es una comparación de desigualdades legales sufridas por la mujer de las tres religiones convivientes en la península Ibérica: judía, musulmana y cristiana en la Edad Media analizada a través de tres grandes fuentes históricas bibliográficas: Las Siete Partidas de Alfonso X el Sabio, Fuero Real de Alfonso X el Sabio y el Fuero Juzgo. Este estudio se divide en tres grandes apartados que corresponden a las tres religiones citadas anteriormente y explica cómo la invasión cristiana fue promulgando distintas leyes que afectarían de forma interseccional a la mujer judía y musulmana de manera desigual que al hombre y mujer tanto cristianos como los de su misma fe.

[EN] This work is a comparison of legal inequalities suffered by the woman of the three coexisting religions in the Iberian peninsula: Jewish, Muslim and Christian in the Middle Ages through three major bibliographic historical spanish sources: “Las Siete Partidas de Alfonso X”, “Fuero Real” and “Fuero Juzgo”. This study is divided into three main sections that correspond to the three religions mentioned above and how the Christian invasion was promulgating different laws that would affect Jewish and Muslim women in an intersectional way than both; Christian men and women, and those of the same faith.
