Abstract

[ES]El objetivo del presente trabajo fin de master es mostrar el plan de negocio para la creación de un grupo formado por dos empresas: Look&Work y Show&DoIT. Este grupo busca intermediar en las relaciones entre empresas y personas en búsqueda de empleo, así como entre inversores y promotores en búsqueda de financiación, garantizando la seguridad de las transacciones en red. La empresa Look&Work funcionará como un metabuscador de ofertas de empleo en la red, mientras que Show&DoIT publicará proyectos innovadores en busca de financiación y conectará aquellos proyectos que necesiten capital humano con el metabuscador de empleo. A través del plan de negocio se analizan las variables necesarias para la creación del grupo empresarial, recogiendo desde el análisis estratégico hasta los planes económico-financieros de ambas empresas.

[EN]The aim of this master project is to show the business plan for the creation of a group formed by two companies: Look&Work and Show&DoIT. This group will intermediate in the relations between companies and jobseekers, as well as between investors and promoters who are looking for funding their ventures, by ensuring the security of online transactions. The Company Look&Work will start as a web crawler of employment offers in the internet, while Show&DoIT will publish new projects that need to find funding, and will connect those projects that require human capital with the web crawler of employment offers. Through the business plan we discuss the most important aspects which would be necessary to create this corporative group, from the strategic analysis to the economic and financial plans of both companies
