Resumen
En este trabajo se ha analizado cómo percibe el maestro la acción tutorial en el clima de trabajo de los centros educativos de Primaria. Se trata de una investigación realizada con distintos docentes donde se va a determinar algunos factores como son: el clima de clase entre compañeros, tipos de actividades más comunes, lugar de trabajo habitual y formas de comunicación y organización. Con este fin se ha analizado el trabajo de los diferentes tutores en un colegio de un pueblo de la provincia de Jaén mediante una investigación descriptiva basada en un cuestionario con siete ítems. Se les pasó las preguntas a cada tutor para comparar los diferentes resultados y conseguir dar respuesta a los objetivos propuestos. Para finalizar el trabajo se exponen los resultados y conclusiones las cuales nos dicen que actualmente sigue utilizándose en mayor medida el modelo tradicional explicando sobre el libro de texto y de forma individual aunque hay una minoría que va implantando metodologías más modernas de enseñanza y, estos docentes suelen ser personas jóvenes con edades entre veintinueve y cuarenta años.
In this Project I am going to analyse how a teacher perceives the Tutorial Action in the job atmosphere at Primary Education Centers. It deals with a research where you can determine some features through a questionnaire on several teachers. These features are: classroom atmosphere among classmates, kinds of more common activities, usual work place and ways of communication and organization. With this aim the job by several teachers at a school in a town in the province of Jaen has been analyzed through a descriptive investigation based on a questionnaire with seven ítems. Each teacher was asked the different questions to compare the results and find an answer to the established aims. The results and conclusions are shown to conclude the project. These conclusions show us that nowadays most teachers continue using the traditional model with explanations on text books and individually. However, there are a few teachers who are starting to use more modern teaching methods, and these teachers are usually young people among twenty-nine and forty years old.
