[EN] At present, in the face of such important changes that are taking place in the world, many companies had to restructure and reinvent themselves looking for alternatives to survive the economic crisis that arose due to the arrival of COVID-19, affecting the economy and stability of the organizations. They have needed to react to adapt to changes in the environment and also take advantage of the advantages that in one way or another it offers them in these times of crisis. The previous approach forces us to change the paradigms in the work environment and to orient the direction of the human factor in terms of innovation, flexibility and to implement emerging jobs. To address these issues, it is of great importance that organizations make use of tools that allow them to manage their human resources, as is the case in this proposal, which aims to develop a Strategic Planning for Human Resources Management. From this moment on, reference will be made to the term Strategic Management of Human Resources (GERH), since in Spain it is more common to refer to this term. The methodology that is intended to be used is of a qualitative and analytical nature on a management company dedicated to global trade and Colombian consulting, an organization that is dedicated to the export and import of commodities (intermediary) mainly in matters of mining and iron scrap and not iron.
