(ES)En este trabajo se presenta un programa de intervención enfocado en el trabajo y fortalecimiento de
la autoestima en adolescentes de 16 a 18 años que padecen un trastorno de conducta alimentaria.
El objetivo principal del programa es promover la mejora de la autoestima de los participantes. A
través de ocho sesiones, con una duración de dos horas cada una, distribuidas en dos meses, los
días jueves y viernes, se busca brindar herramientas y estrategias para desarrollar una autoimagen
positiva, promoviendo la aceptación personal, la confianza en uno mismo y la valoración de las
cualidades y capacidades individuales. Se considera que el fortalecimiento de la autoestima es un
factor fundamental en el proceso de recuperación de los trastornos de conducta alimentaria,
contribuyendo al bienestar emocional, social y físico de los adolescentes.
(EN)This paper presents an intervention program focused on the work and strengthening of self-esteem in adolescents between 16 and 18 years of age who suffer from an eating disorder. The main objective of the program is to promote the improvement of the participants' self-esteem. Through eight sessions, lasting two hours each, distributed over two months, on Thursdays and Fridays, the program seeks to provide tools and strategies to develop a positive self-image, promoting personal acceptance, self-confidence and the valuation of individual qualities and capabilities. The strengthening of self-esteem is considered a fundamental factor in the process of recovery from eating disorders, contributing to the emotional, social and physical well-being of adolescents.
