[ES] Este Trabajo Fin de Grado trata sobre el fomento de los hábitos de vida saludables en el
alumnado para promover el rendimiento académico. Esto se aplica y se desarrolla en una
programación didáctica que está dirigida al 4º curso de Educación Primaria. Dicha programación
se llevará a cabo en base a las diferentes UD que la componen.
La idea principal de esta programación es que los niños incluyan en su día a día una
forma de vida saludable, incorporando el ejercicio físico con el fin de conseguir que se erradique
el sedentarismo. Todo esto está enfocado a que se produzca en los alumnos un beneficio de su
rendimiento académico en el curso escolar.
Como toda programación didáctica, tendrá como apartados principales una
introducción y justificación, un análisis curricular donde se marcan y se explican los
objetivos, los contenidos y las competencias clave que se llevarán a cabo durante el período
lectivo. Del mismo modo, aparecerá un cronograma con la temporalización, la metodología que
se va a desarrollar y una unidad didáctica compuesta por diferentes sesiones. Para concluir, se
llevará a cabo una evaluación aplicada al ciclo en el que se va trabajar.
[EN] This Final Degree Project deals with the promotion of healthy life habits in students to encourage academic performance. This is applied and developed in a didactic program aimed at the 4th year of Primary Education. This program will be carried out on the basis of the different units that compose it. The main objective of this program is that children include in their daily lives a healthy lifestyle, including physical exercise in order to eradicate sedentary lifestyles. All this is focused on improving the academic performance of students in the academic year. As any didactic program, it will have as main sections an introduction and justification, a curricular analysis where the objectives, contents and key competences that will be carried out during the teaching period are marked and explained. In the same way, a chronogram will appear with the timing, the methodology to be developed and a didactic unit composed of different sessions. To conclude, an evaluation applied to the cycle in which the work will be done will be carried out.
