La evolución tecnológica frente a la diversidad de los retrocesos sociales: La brecha digital en Andalucía

Abstract

[ES] Las Tecnologías de la Información y de la Comunicación (TIC) poseen un papel importante en el mundo actual, permitiendo a las sociedades avanzar y evolucionar en conjunto. Pero existe una separación (brecha) entre aquellos que tienen acceso a las nuevas tecnologías y aquellos otros que no, y aunque lo tengan no saben cómo utilizar. Esto se debe a una distancia de conocimiento e información de las TIC por aquellos colectivos menos favorecidos. Por ello, nuestro objetivo con este proyecto es analizar la situación real en la que se encuentra Andalucía respecto de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación, y analizar las medidas que se están llevando a cabo desde la Junta de Andalucía para paliar la brecha digital existente y por ende, los retrocesos sociales que conllevan esta situación.[EN] The Information Technology and Communication (ICT) have an important role in today's world, enabling societies to move forward and evolve together. But there is a separation (gap) between those who have access to new technologies and those who do not, and even if they do not know how to use. This is due to a range of knowledge and information about ICT for those disadvantaged groups. Therefore, our goal with this project is to analyze the actual situation in Andalusia found regarding the information and communications technology, and analyze the measures being carried out from the Andalusian Government to alleviate the digital divide existing and therefore social setbacks involving this situation.
