Resumen
[ES]En este trabajo se realiza el análisis estratégico de la empresa jiennense Perficristal cuya principal actividad es la carpintería de aluminio.
El principal objetivo de dicho análisis es conocer la posición competitiva de esta empresa y poder dar propuestas de mejora a Perficristal.
El trabajo comienza con la introducción de la empresa dando a conocer su visión, misión y valores. Después se procede a elaborar dicho análisis que consta en primer lugar del análisis externo, tanto del entorno general como del entorno específico de la empresa. En segundo lugar se realiza el análisis interno de la empresa. Para concluir el análisis se confecciona la matriz DAFO donde quedan resumidas las oportunidades, amenazas, fortalezas y debilidades, generadas de ambos análisis.
Para finalizar el trabajo se analizan las estrategias seguidas por la empresa y se sugieren algunas propuestas para que la posición competitiva de Perficristal mejore.
[EN]This work is the strategic analysis of the Jaen company Perficristal whose main activity is the metal carpentry. The main objective of this analysis is the competitive position of this company and give suggestions for improvement to Perficristal. The work begins with the introduction of the company announcing its vision, mission and values. Then proceed to develop this analysis which consists first of all of the external analysis, both the general environment and the specific environment of the company. In second place is the internal analysis of the company. To finish the analysis made the SWOT matrix where are summarized opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses, generated from both analyses. To finish the work analyses the strategies followed by the company and suggested proposals that improve the competitive position of Perficristal.
