LA GESTIÓN EN LA EMPRESA FAMILIAR

Abstract

Este trabajo parte del término empresa familiar que, aunque sea un lenguaje usado diariamente, las características que la diferencian del resto de empresas sigue siendo complicada. Lo que se pretende estudiar es cómo funcionan las empresas familiares y analizar las distintas fases por las que atraviesa una sociedad; desde su introducción al mercado, evolución y continuidad de los valores familiares, conflictos familiares, etc., hasta la creación de un protocolo familiar que regule todo lo anterior. Asimismo, se expondrán aquellas características propias de las empresas familiares complementándose dicho estudio con documentos tanto bibliográficos como gráficos. This work stars from the term family business that, although it is a language used daily, the characteristics that differentiate it from other companies is still complicated. What is studied is how family business work and analyze the different phases that a society goes through; from its introduction to the market, evolution and continuity of family values, family conflicts, etc., to the creation of a family protocol that regulates all of the above. I will be developing the own characteristic about familiars’ businesses, that it will made me knowing deeply. For that, will be use bibliographic documents and graphics.
