Resumen
Este trabajo se desarrolla en torno a un proyecto de investigación y una revisión bibliográfica en relación con el tema formación inicial del docente en educación y todo lo que incumbe a la enseñanza de los estudiantes de magisterio, los problemas que observan los alumnos en el periodo de formación como futuros docentes y el estudio de las nuevas metodologías existentes en las educación y como estas se pueden llevar a la práctica docente.
Este proyecto lleva consigo el análisis a través de una metodología cuantitativa, y cualitativa usando cuestionarios y una entrevista, los cuestionarios van dirigidos a un pequeño sector de la población, que en este caso son los estudiantes de cuarto del grado de magisterio de primaria en la Universidad de Jaén. Otro de los cuestionarios lo realizaran el profesorado de los centros escolares para comprobar las necesidades que tuvieron al terminar la carrera. Y una entrevista a un profesor de la Universidad de Jaén, en la cual se habla sobre metodologías activas.
This work is developed around a research project and a bibliographical review in relation to the topic of initial teacher training in education and all that is the responsibility of teachers teaching students, the problems observed by students in the period of Training as future teachers and the study of new methodologies in education and how these can be put into practice.
