[ES] Se trata de un programa de intervención dirigido a adolescentes debido a los problemas que surgen en esta etapa en el campo educativo y escolar y por la presión de la sociedad en la actualidad. El programa tiene como objetivo desarrollar el bienestar subjetivo de adolescentes mediante el entrenamiento en sentido del humor e inteligencia emocional. Los instrumentos que se van a aplicar para evaluar estos aspectos serán tres: Escala Breve de Bienestar Subjetivo en la Escuela para Adolescentes (BASWBSS), cuestionario de autoevaluación de sentido del humor y el Mayer, Salovey y Caruso Emocional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT). Los adolescentes de 15 a 17 años realizarán un programa de doce sesiones del que se espera tener unos resultados beneficiosos, produciendo el incremento del bienestar subjetivo mediante el desarrollo del sentido del humor e inteligencia del humor.
