Abstract

[ES] El TFM versa sobre un proyecto de emprendimiento. Dicho proyecto será la creación de una empresa dedicada a la preparación de oposiciones para el cuerpo de profesorado. En este trabajo se detallará desde la justificación de su creación y cómo será su puesta en marcha, desde el momento inicial hasta la elaboración de los diferentes planes que debe tener en cuenta una empresa. Todo ello se ha realizado en un horizonte temporal de 5 años, en los que se terminará concluyendo la viabilidad del proyecto empresarial.

[EN] This Master's Degree Final Project is about an entrepreneurial project. This project will be the creation of a company dedicated to the preparation of competitive examinations for the teaching staff. This work will detail everything from the justification of its creation and how it will be implemented, from the initial moment to the preparation of the different plans that a company must take into account. All this has been carried out over a time horizon of 5 years, in which the viability of the business project will be concluded.
