(ES) La actividad física en la población infantil está adquiriendo importancia y preocupación en
organismos internacionales y nacionales, como así se ha reflejado en el presente trabajo. Tratamos
de resaltar la importancia que tiene desarrollar unos hábitos en la población infantil para evitar en
su etapa adulta enfermedades y adquirir un modo de vida saludable. Distintos autores abordan el
tema de la motricidad a estas edades y como realizarla mediante el juego. A continuación, se realizó
una investigación en un aula con el alumnado de 5 años sobre la actividad física y hábitos
alimenticios, empleándose el cuestionario Kreceplus. Finalmente se desarrolla una propuesta
didáctica para fomentar el ejercicio físico a estas edades.
(EN) Physical activity in children is gaining importance and concern in international and national organizations, as has been reflected in this work. We try to highlight the importance of developing habits in the child population to avoid diseases in their adult stage and acquire a healthy lifestyle. Different authors address the issue of motor skills at these ages and how to do it through play. Next, an investigation was carried out in a classroom with five-year-old students on physical activity and eating habits, using the Kreceplus questionnaire. Finally, a didactic proposal is developed to encourage physical exercise at these ages.
