LA LINGÜÍSTICA EN LAS APLICACIONES INFORMÁTICAS: RECONOCIMIENTO DE VOZ EN DISPOSITIVOS MÓVILES

Abstract

En la informática siempre ha estado presente la lingüística, aunque pudiera no parecerlo al comienzo de su historia, donde se pensaba que siempre iría acompañada de las matemáticas, ya que los ordenadores funcionan con un sistema binario. En este trabajo comenzaré explicando de manera general la trayectoria que ha seguido la lingüística informática, desde su relación con la lingüística teórica, exponiendo algunos de sus detalles históricos y clasificando los tipos de gramáticas computacionales. Más adelante, mencionaré el uso del verificador y corrector ortográfico automatizado por ordenador y la historia de algunas de las bases de datos lexicográficos más famosas.Por último, hablaré de algunas aplicaciones informáticas destinadas al uso del lenguaje tanto escrito como oral, donde haré más hincapié en el uso de algunas de las aplicaciones actuales destinadas al reconocimiento de voz en los dispositivos informáticos, en especial en la telefonía móvil.

In computing, linguistics has always been present, althoug it may not seem like it at the beginning of its history, where it was thought that it would always be accompanied by rnaths, because cornputers work with a binary systern. In this work, I will begin by explaining in a general way the trajectory that has followed the cornputer linguistics, frorn its relation with the theoretical linguistics, exposing sorne of its historical details and rating the types of cornputational grammars. Later, I willl rnention the use of cornputerized checker and spellchecker and the history of sorne of the rnost famous lexicographic databases. Finally, I will talk about sorne cornputer applications for the use of both written and oral language, where I will ernphasize the use of sorne of the current applications for voice recognition in computing devices, especially in mobile telephony
