CONCILIACIÓN DE LA VIDA LABORAL, FAMILIAR Y PERSONAL. COMPARATIVA DE LA PROTECCIÓN JURÍDICA DE LA MATERNIDAD EN LOS PAÍSES NÓRDICOS Y ESPAÑA

Abstract

Esta investigación está basada en la comparativa del modelo de Bienestar Social nórdico con España, que es uno de los cinco países que forma el modelo mediterráneo. Se centra en los diferentes tipo de contrato más celebrados en dichos países; Noruega, Suecia, Dinamarca, Finlandia y España, analizando sus respectivos permisos y prestaciones enfocados a la conciliación de la vida personal, laboral y familiar, como lo son los de maternidad, paternidad, parentales y/u otras. El estudio es realizado tanto con su respectiva legislación laboral como europea, pretendiendo resaltar los países que más fomentan en políticas de igualdad entre hombres y mujeres a través los permisos que les son otorgados a ambos. This investigation is based on the comparison of the Nordic social welfare model with that of Spain, which is one of the five countries that forms the Mediterranean model. It focuses on the different types of contracts most celebrated in these countries; Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Spain, analyzing their respective permits and benefits focused on the reconciliation of personal, work and family life, such as maternity, paternity, parental and/or other. The study is carried out both with its respective labor and European legislation, trying to highlight the countries that most promote in equality policies between men and women through permits that are granted to both of them.
