IDENTIFICACIÓN Y MEJORA DEL MAPA DE FLUJO DE VALOR DE UNA EMPRESA LOGÍSTICA: APLICACIÓN AL ÁREA DE RECOGIDAS

Abstract

(ES)Este Trabajo Fin de Master se centra en optimizar las operaciones realizadas en la gestión de recogidas de una empresa logística. Para ello, se utilizará una herramienta de Lean Management conocida como Value Stream Mapping (VSM) que ha permitido identificar la situación actual de los flujos de información y de movimientos logísticos del área de recogidas y entender sus interrelaciones. A partir del análisis de la situación actual se identificarán áreas y aspectos de mejora que redundarán en una reducción de los tiempos de procesamiento de las operaciones y en los plazos de entrega y que se plasmarán en la representación gráfica del Value Stream Mapping futuro de la gestión de recogidas de la empresa analizada. El trabajo finalizará exponiendo la potencial aplicación de los hallazgos a otras empresas del sector logístico o a otras áreas de actividad de la empresa analizada.

(EN)This Master's Thesis focuses on optimizing the operations perform in the collection area of a logistics company. For this, a Lean Management tool known as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) will be used, which has made it possible to identify the current situation of information flows and logistics movements in the collection area and understand their interrelationships. From the analysis of the current situation, areas and aspects for improvement will be identified that will redound in a reduction in the processing times of the operations and in the delivery times and that will be reflected in the graphic representation of the future Value Stream Mapping of the management collections of the analysed company. The work will end by exposing the potential application of the findings to other companies in the logistics sector or to other areas of activity of the analysed company.
