[FR] Dans le présent travail fin de Master nous allons approfondir sur la pratique éducative des enseignants des langues étrangères à travers la méthode de recherche-action. Actuellement la pratique éducative, bien qu’ éclectique, reste assez traditionnelle et peu risquée, les apprenants présentant parfois une attitude passive qui démontre le besoin de changer à une méthodologie plus efficace ou originale. C’est pourquoi l’objectif principal de ce travail est de renouveler l’enseignement-apprentissage en cours de Français Langue Étrangère (FLE).
Cette recherche permet aux enseignants d’analyser leur rôle dans le processus éducatif à travers l’étude et la réflexion personnelle sur leur pédagogie. Pour résoudre la problématique, nous allons créer une programmation annuelle « flexible » et personnelle dans laquelle on peut modifier les objectifs, les contenus et les outils d’évaluation afin de favoriser la motivation et l’intervention des apprenants dans le déroulement du processus d’apprentissage.
[EN]In this final Master's thesis, we are going to research the educational practice of teachers through the action-research method. Even though its eclecticism, the educational practice currently remains traditional and the students present a passive attitude that demonstrates the need to change to a more effective or original methodology. For this reason, the main objective of this work is to innovate the teaching-learning process in French as a Foreign Language (FLE) classes. This research allows teachers to analyse their role in the educational process through study and personal reflection on their pedagogy. To solve the problem, we will create a "flexible" and personal annual program in which the objectives, contents and evaluation tools can be modified in order to encourage the motivation and intervention of learners through their learning process
