(ES) El objetivo principal de este trabajo de fin de grado es llegar a fomentar los hábitos saludables en nuestros
alumnos, concienciarlos a ser capaces de cambiar sus actitudes negativas ante estos hábitos y, sobre todo, a
que experimenten ellos mismos los beneficios y cambios que podemos adoptar si seguimos estas pautas.
Estas actividades irán destinadas al alumnado del tercer ciclo del C.E.I.P Martingordo, concretamente a 5º de
primaria. Buscaremos reforzar el conocimiento que ya tenían establecido y a su vez, hacer que este mismo
evolucione, gracias a los contenidos que trabajaremos durante las sesiones de la propuesta.
La propuesta estará constituida por un total de 10 sesiones, que comenzarán en la semana del 3 de mayo y
finalizará el 31 de mayo. Durante esas 5 semanas reforzaremos los contenidos trabajados en el apartado
teórico aplicándolos a la práctica, con el objetivo de que nuestro alumnado obtenga un aprendizaje
significativo.
(EN) The main objective of this final degree project is to promote healthy habits in our students , make them aware of being able to change their negative attitudes to these habits and, above all, to experience for themselves the benefits and changes we can achive if we follow these guidelines. These activities will be aimed at students of the third cycle of the C.E.I.P Martingordo, specifically to 5th grade of primary. We will seek to reinforce the knowledge that they already had established and in addition, make it evolve, thanks to the contents that we will work during the sessions of the proposal. The proposal will consist of a total of 10 sessions, which will begin in the week of May 3 and end on May 31. During these 5 weeks we will reinforce the contents worked on in the theoretical section applying them to practice, with the aim that our students obtain a significant learning.
