Resumen
[ES] Los alimentos vegetales son productos fundamentales que deben de estar incluidos en nuestra dieta para poder alcanzar un buen estado de salud. A pesar de que son muy importantes para prevenir algunas enfermedades, también pueden ser una vía de transmisión de microorganismos patógenos para el ser humano. Esto se debe a su consumo en crudo y a una mala manipulación. El consumo de fruta contaminada por determinadas bacterias patógenas para el ser humano es la causa de diversas patologías, como salmonelosis, listeriosis, gastroenteritis, etc. En este ensayo se han analizado 1 O frutas diferentes y se ha intentado hacer una identificación aproximada de la carga microbiana presente, mediante estudios a nivel macroscópico y microscópico, para poder comparar su crecimiento en los distintos medios de cultivo empleados. En base a nuestros resultados, podemos afirmar que la carga microbiana es normal y que en principio no se detecta presencia de microorganismos patógenos en los medios ensayados.

The consumption of contaminated fruit with certain pathogenicbacteria for the humanbeingis the reason of diversa pathologies, such assalmonelosis, listeriosis, gastroenteritis, etc. In thisproject, 10 different fruits have been analyzed and we'vetried to do an approximate identification of the microbialload, usingstudies at macrocospic and microscopiclevel, sowecan compare hisgrowth in the differentmeans of culture used.
