Resumen
Conceptos, enfoques y teorías de autores que tratan de analizar el por qué se ha condicionado de distintas maneras el acceso laboral a las personas con diversidad funcional y cuáles son los caminos y herramientas que podemos tomar para derribar esas barreras socioculturales que están en nuestra sociedad y den cabida dando oportunidades a este colectivo promoviendo estrategias para tratar de normalizar la integración en el ámbito laboral para personas con diversidad funcional exponiendo distintos ejemplos de buenas prácticas de personas usuarias y entidades dedicadas a este temática abordada en el trabajo conociendo de primera mano cómo se está consiguiendo y en qué grado se está cumpliendo en los diferentes ámbitos laborales en los que están participando dichas personas con diversidad funcional.
