Resumen
En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se ha desarrollado un prototipo de aplicación que ayuda a los deportistas a
mejorar sus entrenamientos por medio de la medición de la velocidad de sus levantamientos.
Este prototipo mide la velocidad de la barra y calcula el 1 RM, es decir, el peso máximo qué el atleta es capaz de
levantar a una sola repetición, gracias al sensor incorporado en el SmartPhone.
La ventaja de esta aplicación con respecto su competencia, radica precisamente en su fácil manejo y en la
reducción de los costes, ya que no son necesarios medidores adicionales, cómo nos plantean el resto de las
alternativas presentes en el mercado actualmente.
In this final thesis, an application prototype that helps athletes to improve their training by measuring the speed of their lifting has been developed. This prototype measures the speed of the bar and calculates the 1RM, that is, the maximum amount of weight that a person can possibly lift for one repetition, thanks to the sensor incorporated in the SmartPhone. The advantage of this application with respect to its competition, lies in a very good user experience and in the reduction of costs, since no additional devices are necessary.
