Resumen
[ES] He realizado un estudio completo de Oleocampo. En primer lugar, se ha
estudiado la situación de la empresa mediante un análisis DAFO.
El objetivo principal de dicho estudio, es el análisis de las fuerzas competitivas
de Oleocampo, para ello, se ha estudiado el poder de negociación tanto de los
clientes como de los proveedores, la competencia de la empresa, productos
sustitutivos y las barreras de entrada del sector.
Posteriormente se ha llegado a una serie de conclusiones y recomendaciones
para la enditad con las que personalmente pienso que se podría mejorar y
aumentar dicha competencia.
[EN] I have made a complete study of Oleocampo. First, I have studied the situation of the company though a DAFO analysis. The main objetive of this study, is the analysis of de competitive forces of Oleocampo, for this, I have studied the negotiation power for customers and providers, the company`s competence, subtitute products and barriers to entry of the sector. Finally, I have commented a series of conclusions and recommendations for the company which I personally think that Oleocampo could improve.
