Resumen
[ES] La protección internacional del derecho de autor en la industria musical se encuentra en auge en la actualidad. En este trabajo se analiza la problemática principal del sector y la problemática que supone la escasez de legislación existente en la materia. Así mismo han de tenerse en cuenta los modos de promoción exterior de las obras musicales y el surgimiento de la distribución digital de la música por Internet, con la dificultad de la protección de derechos de autor en este entorno. Existe, una gestión colectiva que ha sido la clave en todos estos últimos años en la industria musical. Y, todavía en la actualidad, pese a su importante papel han sufrido un gran cambio por las nuevas empresas dedicadas a la distribución en el marco mundial.
[EN] The international protection of copyright in the music industry is booming today. In this paper the main problems of the sector is analyzed, the shortage of existing legislation. Theoretical parts that help to understand the difference between intellectual property protection and copyright is. Modes foreign promotion of musical works and the emergence of the digital distribution of music over the Internet, with the difficulty of protecting copyright in this environment.
